NO-BAKE BRAIN FOOD ENERGY BITES

We love these little energy bites because they are easy to make with simple pantry ingredients that you probably have on hand.

🧠 These protein balls are perfect for when you need a mental pick-me-up!

Ingredients:
☑️1 cup gluten-free old fashioned oats
☑️1/4 cup chocolate chips
☑️1/4 cup shredded coconut
☑️1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
☑️3/4 cup peanut butter
☑️1/3 cup almond milk
☑️1 tbsp. maple syrup
Instructions:
1️⃣Stir all ingredients together in the bowl until you form a thick dough.
2️⃣Roll into small balls.
➡️Optional: roll balls in extra shredded coconut.
3️⃣Refrigerate for about 30 minutes
4️⃣Enjoy!
You can refrigerate balls in a sealed container for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months☺️
